Hands down the worst banking institution Ive ever used. Initially opened an account because credit unions are suppose to be better. Then I had ridiculous limits on atm withdrawals (but non members could withdraw more). The app was barely functional but it worked until they completely eliminated external banking transfers and now the only way I can pay on my loan is to call in and pay $10 to pay over the phone. Not to mention the headache it is to even close the account when you no longer live in the state. Stay away, Bank of America and Chase have been amazing for years and not all credit unions are created equal. Avoid this one.

No way to replace debit cards when fraud occurred but to wait 14 days, the benefits of a credit union is really missing here.

I've put off writing this review hoping this Credit Union would somehow win me back over the last couple years, but no dice.  Between the faulty mobile app, the constant hurdles that it seems other credit unions have managed to simplify, the lack of modernization, and the logic of banking that is missing... I can't recommend anyone to open an account here. I've been a credit union member my entire life and a TTCU member for over 10 years. I just switched banks and it's like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I gave them an extra star because the tellers have always been kind.

I stopped using TTCU years ago because of degrading service and hours wasted with customer service because they screwed up their systems migration. I'm writing this review TODAY because of the completely unethical, uncivil behavior of the branch manager Susan. I had a super old ACH connection charge me (the account is empty) and then their systems added on a $32 fee. I POLITELY spent time on the phone with Susan explaining my situation and asked for the fee to be waived. She bluntly refused saying "we don't refund those fees" Susan, you're the Branch Manager. You have the ability to work with good standing members and refund fees. Either you're lying out our teeth about TTCU policy or your company is completely out of line. I suggest folks find a financial institution that will treat people like human beings instead of acting like corporate robots. Shame that's they chose a stupid $32 fee over their reputation.

They make it incredibly difficult to make payments, won't give you your member number to set up automatic payments among other things. Very frustrated.
