        Came here hoping to get a loan to pay off my car. The person who helped me was very nice, however, the application process is a pain. I tried 3 times to get approved and I've given up. You have to have very specific qualifications to even be considered, even with a co signer. I've never seen a place that's so picky. I have to find somewhere else to help me.

        The staff at the Franklin branch are absolute rockstars!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Angie was so helpful in picking up the slack when I had a loan emergency and another branch dropped the ball. Her and the team there were all friendly and determined to help me out, and I am so so so grateful.

      We regret seeing this review and proceeded to investigate the issue. Upon review we see that the loan was not for a car but instead to repair a car, and there were qualification issues. We do not discuss personal information on public message boards but we can be reached to discuss your individual issues. We were notified that you do have a financial institution and we would encourage you to apply at a place that you have an existing account as they have an established relationship with you.
