The people who work in the Taylors branch are friendly, but the customer service of Bank of America in general is awful. The way they handled the PPP loans in 2020 was incredibly unethical. Anytime I have to work with them at a corporate level they are rude and unhelpful.

6/13/19 stopped in at 12:10pm 1 teller. 2 reps in lobby chatting vs helping to deposit. Then Kerry finally asked if anyone depositing can write handwritten receipt. And the drive thru was not open. Not a good In and out experience. Smh

Great customer service opening checking and savings accounts with Ms. Gresham! Great ideas about building credit for new businesses. Wish they had a truly free checking account option with no strings attached.

First, so many stars right now bc they were amazing while they were open. Im happy they continue to service the atm machines bc its always very busy right there.
What Id love to know, is where my favorite person from inside went, to what other branch? For those wondering, its Mrs Kerry Grenshaw (I could have totally destroyed her last name-but hey, I havent seen her in a year & a half!).
She honestly helped me feel so at ease coming in to talk to her about things. My kids were usually with me so they got to know her as well and clearly became very comfortable around her. If she had every spoken with you and saw you walk in, shed certainly try to give a wave.
Both my kids, when old enough to have an account without someone else on it, went in on their own & spoke with her. I didnt know it was happening and I was so proud of my daughter, for first just going and doing on her own. Then she told me about the discussions she had with Mrs. Kerry about preparing for retirement (which wed spoken to the kids about as well). I was thrilled those conversations were being had and information was being given out to her. Of course 2yrs later my son did the same and went right to Mrs Kerry. She has a way of making you comfortable and at ease, which is always a good thing. Even my BofA app didnt seem to be working properly when I first got it, we got a laugh out of potential user error. She didnt think twice about getting her hands on my phone to try & fix it-turned out not to be so simple so I was glad to have her messing around with it!
Id love to have our corner bank open back up fully. Its not always about the ATM. If Mrs Kerry is still with BofA, itd be lovely to have her back as well. I know she was one busy person, and had a great sense of humor!
Anyway, I think were ready for back to business as usual & this bank can open up just other BofAs have stayed open & been fine.
