        I Recently went into the branch and had some business to conduct. The process went very smooth and fast. Kimberly went above and beyond to help me in every way, and even called the next day to ensure everything went good. She also is very polite and courteous to every customer that came in the door. I hope all the branches have people with such eagerness to help as she does. Thank you!

        TD Bank in general has had it's issues (ntl outages, website issues, etc.), but this particular branch has been great. I got my first credit card here and they made it really simple to set up. Anytime there is an issue, they do their best to help.

        I am so frustrated with TD bank/Ashley Furnitures archaic website. It is not user-friendly, and as a result I have had late fees. They sent our first statement to the wrong address which caused our payment to be late. And then when I tried to make a payment and set up a reoccurring payment for the next month. It kicked out my payment and made me late for that month as well. I will never finance through Ashley furniture with TD Bank ever again. Cash is king people! Dont do loans!!! Dont buy on credit! Its a system designed to keep us in debt!
