        I love going to this branch. Yes it is always busy, lots of customers doing cash transactions. I want to give a great review to a very nice and friendly bank teller. I wish I knew her name. She is Spanish, always friendly, always helpful and very courteous and professional. I hope you all know who I am talking about. I always look forward to have her be my teller! :)

        Ive been a BoA customer for many years, called this branch for information after moved to the Greer area. Rather than holding and waiting, I was given an option going online then rudely cut off.

        I wont go into detail as to what Mr. Thomas Cook did for me but I surely appreciate the time and effort to make sure I had my funds from a deposit versus waiting several days for it to clear. He went above and beyond. It always that gesture of "let me see how I can assist" instead of "No, I can not help you!"
