I stayed at this hotel on May 17th and I originally reserved and paid using Groupon. After I checked out the hotel charged me an additional $218 because they "forgot" that I had already paid with a Groupon. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund even though they promised me that they'd credit back my account. I had to get my bank involved. I'll never stay there again.
Edit: it took me almost 2 months to get my money back. The hotel manager would pretend that he was in a meeting so that he didn’t have to answer my questions about the refund. I had to call their corporate office and they got involved. They were unable to get that manager to talk to them either! How irresponsible and unprofessional. Around July they returned my money via check with no apology. I tried getting Groupon involved but they didn’t help either. Beware! Don’t go to this hotel. I looked up other reviews and apparently the people that worked there were scamming guests out of their money. The hotel itself looked nothing like the pictures online and the pool was not working. Never again.
