Anastasia is the best!! She always has a smile on her face and is so friendly to all the guests. I stayed at the esa in East Providence and the staff was ok, but the guests were not. I have met so many of the guests here and they are not scary like East Providence. I am glad I moved here even if it's far away from my house and with the Washington Bridge crisis I'm glad that I don't have to go over it everyday! I wish I could stay here forever but it's a little expensive for my fixed income. Keep Sasha around, she's great!

Wonderful hotel to stay. I would recommend to anyone. Staff is very professional, helpful, have wonderful customer service skills and communication. I saw that staff as well as housekeeping and front desk worked as a team very clean rooms I travel a lot and this hotel shocked me with the fact they still give blankets already in the room without having to request them and still has daily housekeeping which you do not find much at all anymore. I give this hotel a 5 star rating just based of the courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism I witnessed while staying here. Rooms: Rooms have full kitchen minus an oven, very clean all linen was clean as well, nice sized rooms with counters, chairs, wall that separated door view from the bed (which I personally loved) couch with pullout bed, and best of all no carpet at all (loved that as well).

All of the staff here at this Extended Stay America go out of their way to ensure your daily, and nightly comfort. For a long-term stay, it's convenient if you're coming in from out of town or need a place to settle into for awhile. Maintenance works actively throughout the day to fix up any minor inconveniences for guests, and the construction crew here taking care of current renovations are pleasant people. Sasha is a wonderful manager who puts her everything into making this an immaculate clean & safe hotel. The training of her staff is efficient and shows in the positive demeanor all of them have. My family and I couldn't ask for a better place to go to safely, and lay our heads down to rest. This is our second stay here, and we've never been shown this much love and treated with so much respect anywhere we've stayed, as much as this location. Key notes for guests: The laundry room is not available currently due to said renovations, however a list with plenty of laundromats will be given to you upon your check in if you inquire about it. A grocery list is provided, as well as plenty of brochures and menus in the front doors of the lobby to peak your interest. There is a full seating area in the lobby, an up-to-date fitness room, a beautiful courtyard with various outdoor seating areas, and after rainstorms you get a front row view to beautiful rainbows (picture attached). TL;DR: Stay here dude, it's a beautiful property. Sasha's the best. Sincerely, The Davis Family. Rooms: The rooms are sofa sleeper and one bed, or you can get two beds depending on availability. As soon as you walk in, the smell of cleanliness hits you and it's beyond pleasant. Plenty of counter space for cooking, housekeeping comes weekly and do a phenomenal job at what they do. They make your room look brand-new every time they're done. Tons of walking space within the room, you don't feel trapped within the same four walls. The main rooms such as the lobby, laundry, fitness, and breakfast/seating area are always nice and clean, with hand sanitizers in each room. Nearby activities: You're also close to Salvation Army's thrift store, quick finds for cheap! Plenty of gas stations for snacks and gas fill ups, there are nail & hair salons in the area, fitness centers, grocery stores on and close to Bald Hill Road. Safety: NOBODY is allowed to ask for your room number here. Unless they absolutely know you're here and confirm your room number, even then, staff ALWAYS will call you first. There are double locks on the door (lock & latch), various fire routes to exit the hotel from, and staff ensures your safety every step of the way for any emergency. Walkability: Friendly area of Warwick to walk around! Most things are right around the corner, take a right from the hotel and walk down the causeway (carefully, of course). Take either a left or right at the light in your walking path, left leads you to various shopping centers on Greenwich Ave, and a right takes you the way to the Warwick Mall. Busses travel from and to the Warwick Mall bus stop near Target, as well as the bus stop on West Natick Rd (right near the mall exit). Food & drinks: You are right around the corner from the Warwick Mall, that has tons of restaurants within the plaza itself; Not Your Average Joe's, Red Robin, Longhorn Steakhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cork and Rye, etc. As well as various quick bite spots in the mall. Noteworthy details: This place isn't JUST for a family trip. This would make for a romantic getaway, a nice place to chill and relax on your own, a quiet area for a business trip, the list goes on.
