I had the absolute pleasure of working with Debby Lessin, she pulled magic out of a hat and was able to get me the exact Audi A3 I was looking for! Debby was super kind, professional, respectful and always went the extra mile to help me. The shortage of cars posed a lot challenges but Debby was able to quickly find and secure the exact vehicle I wanted without compromising any of the vehicle features I desired. My parents purchased a car from Deb Lessin a few years ago, and when I needed a car, we went to her even though I dont live locally. The entire experience went perfectly. Deb went out of her way to be accommodating through every step of the process, and her guidance was extremely helpful. We had a great experience with Deb and everyone we dealt with at Audi Wynnewood.

I recently purchased my new A4 here. It was overall a great experience. I would recommend this dealer to everyone and intend to return in the future. The communication was quick and prompt from my salesperson Destiny. The manager who I spoke to and worked the numbers with was easy to work with. They worked with me from a distance and did not switch a thing on me through the process which I appreciate extremely. They were patient and kind through the process. Even the finance office was nice to work with, I forget his name but he was very courteous of the details and our time. I came from over an hour away and chose this dealer due to all the reasons stated above and will return for my next purchase.

I recently leased a vehicle through Audi Wynnewood. The leasing process was smooth and efficient on the day of and we were happy with our purchase. However, during the process, the agent told us that we would have 3 years of free Electrify America charging. This turned out not to be the case, and he revised his statement to say that we would get 1000 miles of free Electrify America charging. This again turned out to be wrong and upon informing him, he offered us $87 to make up the difference, without an apology. We were not happy but this wasn't a huge issue. We found out that Audi Wynnewood never registered our car or gave us our registration sticker/card and we subsequently got a parking ticket. They did not realize their mistake until we brought the vehicle to the dealership. Throughout this process, they have not communicated with us in a reasonable fashion, especially to our emails inquiring about issues. We would not lease or buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Last week my wife and I exchanged our q5 and leased a new car with Deb Lessin. She was fantastic - super friendly, efficient and helpful. We exchanged our old car with our new one, completed all paperwork and received a full tutorial on the car and new features and were on our way all in less than an hour and a half. Highly recommend.
