    Bought a 2022 Outlander a week ago and I called them because car gurus listed it as having remote start. I called them and my sales person said she'd talk to someone and call me back. She never called me back. We figured out on our own that you have to have an app to use remote start. Also, I just looked and noticed that there is no inspection sticker on it either. I erroneously assumed that it being a 2022 that they would have inspected it. This makes me wonder if there are issues with it that they didn't want to disclose to us. And it seems like they didn't clean it very well inside. There was dog hair everywhere which I left go but then got home and noticed something splattered all over the console. Every other vehicle I've ever bought was detailed and very clean. UPDATE (reply to your response): Neither of us received a call from anyone prior to this morning after my review. We only got a call after the review. The service person called and said they must have just failed to do a safety insurrection and put a sticker on and didn't do any kind of detailing.

Sorry to hear about that mix up. Service did try to call you to have you come back in for the inspection a couple times. I will followed up on that today and I will get back to you. We will gladly redo the detail when you’re in for service.
