I applied for an apartment paid the fee and never heard back form Umbrella. I feel like this company is just collecting application fees. I emailed them all my personal information and not even an email or phone call saying I didn't qualif or got the apartment. I sent three emails and no one emailed me back. They took my application fee because I believe they are collecting fees and not really renting any apartment. No background check or credit check was done on me. After no response from Umbrella I texted management and was told I thought I emailed you back. How can you take my $50 and thought you emailed me back so unprofessional. This is a scam company collecting application fees.

After 4 years of living at the Umbrella Building, I am only saying goodbye to move out to the suburbs. It has been a great place to call home, with the rooftop pool over looking the city the highlight of the building. The maintenance staff were always nice and would be available to fix any issues that would come up through the year. I am thankful for my first home in Philadelphia and would certainly recommend for other young professionals moving into the area!
