Property manager Chris was super professional and helpful. Apartment is pristine and rent is reasonable. Signing the lease was very simple and done through online portal. Highly recommend. Reliable kind people.

I was told when moving into the building that the lease would be for one year, and that I would pay month-to-month for an easy move out after that year. I unfortunately did not notice that my lease does not have the month-to-month written into the contract, and I'm now losing my deposit. I think it's strange that this promise would be made by an Ampere contact in the first place if this wasn't accurate, and it feels like I was scammed out of my deposit money. The management is also impossible to reach by phoneno one ever picks upbut if using the portal, someone eventually gets in touch. I did appreciate the building's other manager, Vanessa, for her help with a neighbor and an issue with mold in the gym, but in the end, when it came to the deposit, there was a general lack of care and understanding for the fact that their management team had essentially lied to me. EDIT: This happened over a year, so it took me a moment to also remember that the person who gave me the tour, Jon, also said that the lease would be different from the month-to-month, but not to worry about itmanagement would let me leave after a year without needing to renew the lease. I should have verified this with management, but if working with Jon, please move carefully. EDIT #2: In response to Ampere, I think what is most concerning of all is the lack of accountability. As I said in my own review, I should have verified the lie I was told by Jon when I was first given the tour. That's where I take accountability. What Ampere will not take accountability for is the fact that a member of their team gave me incorrect information and told me that the contract would be different from the information he gave me. I don't know why he would lie either. Maybe he's a pathological liar. It doesn't matter. The fact is that Ampere as a business has a representative of their team doing business on their behalf, giving incorrect information, which has affected my own financial decisions. This is what Ampere needs to take accountability for. I also stated that Ampere is good at responding to messages on the portal, but I will repeat that getting anyone to pick up the phone is virtually impossible.

Ive been a tenant with Ampere for a few years now. Management always fixes my issues and the maintenance manager does a fantastic job. If I have kids, I hope my son grows up to be like Nicholas costalas.

So i accidentally paid these guys 850 dollars and my account has a credit of that amount on it. Ive reached out to Chris multiple times and he keeps saying he will contact the finance department but then he never contacts me back. It would be lovely if the money sitting in that account could be returned to me. I dont understand why it has been so hard to get in touch with someone. It seems like after you call with an issue that causes Chris to do more work he just blows it off and the tenant gets the short end of the stick. I just want my money back whether its by check or refund to the card i used. I rent from some one completely different and just would like some type of resolution about my account with ampere having the credit on it.

Scheduled a showing of a unit and they sent me to a house with an entire family inside. When my showing time was coming up I saw no one there and texted Chris to confirm the showing, he texted back after I called the number 4 times, four minutes after the meeting time and excused the late response because of temporarily losing power in the office. He told me the keypad codes, there was no keypad on the front door. I asked if my entrance was those wooden stairs in the side yard. He replied "Yes, that would be the easiest way in" (That's a strange way of wording that) After walking around a families yard whom I don't know I texted Chris "There is no keypad on either door, I'd really like to know how recently you've seen this property." "This has been extremely unprofessional" I'd really like to know what exactly the scammers are getting out of this scam.

Hello Kacen,When you first moved in you signed a lease that states that in the event notice is not provided by either tenant or Landlord the lease would auto renew to the same term, meaning another full year. The lease also states that in the event you do not give us a full 60 days notice prior to your lease expiring you would forfeit the deposit. Since no notice was given your lease auto renewed and because you are now moving out you do forfeit your deposit. This is now considered a lease break. It was your responsibility to read through the lease that was given to you by us. Jon is a Real Estate Broker who has been renting apartments for us for over 10 years. He knows our policies and has never made any lease deals with tenants without our consent. Jon does not benefit from your loss of deposit. If this verbal agreement was actually made it was your responsibility to make sure that this deal was in writing before you signed your lease not inform us a year later. We are a small company with multiple residents and we are not always at our desks. Going through your tenant ledger I do see that each email that you have sent has been addressed. Your complaints with your neighbor were also addressed accordingly so communication from us has never been a problem. There is not a lack of care, we run a business and you signed a legally binding contract. We suggest that in the future you take the time to actually read through anything that you sign and any verbal agreements that you make are put in writing.
