CVS

This CVS is horrendous. I had a prescription for topical miconizole for angular cheilitis on my mouth but they were out of stock so they had to order it (no big deal, had no problem with this). Instead of waiting for it, one of the pharmacists decided to substitute the topical miconizole for Monistat 7 which is NOT meant for topical use. It literally says all over the packaging (and everywhere online) DO NOT USE ON MOUTH. The lady who checked me out at the register gave me attitude when I told her it wasnt correct and when I had to speak to the pharmacist he wasnt very nice either. I get that I dont have a degree in this stuff but when the packaging says in bold letters all over it that you shouldnt put it exactly where the pharmacist says you should, and everywhere else online agrees, the pharmacist probably shouldnt have given me the medication as a substitute for what I was actually prescribed.

Went online to see if they had a product. Online said they have in stock, worker says they don't have it. Forget trying to call in advance, you can't call there anymore. Don't waste your time.

Not sure why this CVS cant get it together and stock their shelves like every other drug store nearby. And dont expect the staff to help you either.

The only reason I gave one star is because the employees were great. However, the manager-Katie- didn't even know how to take a passport photo and it was pretty unprofessional

I went to this pharmacy to pick up meds. I stood there for more than 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Finally, the person who had been rearranging prescriptions right across the counter from me finally looked up and recognized me. They must do a better job of this. It's obvious they are extremely busy, but it takes all of 2 seconds to say "We will be with you shortly" instead of ignoring customers.
