Dollar General

It was my first time visiting this location, I went in with a list of goods that I needed to purchase and was absolutely shocked by the overall condition of the store. First the store is falling apart, walking up and down the aisles to floor was spongy, large sections of the flooring were torn out or missing, some of the sections where the flooring was missing appeared moist or excessively wet, and the store was disorganized and dirty, and overall the store was very poorly stocked. There was no sense to tell items were stocked, everything seemed random. I expected that a Dollar General would be priced reasonably, but I found the vast majority of the products were priced at or significantly more than typical chain Grocers or other brand retailers. One of the items I wanted to buy was a jar of mayonnaise, bran doesn't matter to me, mayonnaise is mayonnaise, but the only branded mayonnaise that they had in a regular size bottle which two and a half dollars more expensive then the same brand and a neighboring Regional grocery store. If it were possible to give this store zero Stars I would, I'm never going to visit this location again and sincerely hope but this store is looked into by Dollar General corporate for drastic and immediate improvements.

I work here. We really don't have everything out the way we should so when people come to the store looking for things it's probably still in the stock room. But we do try our best to make sure the customer gets what they are looking for if we can.
