Do NOT try scheduling through Zocdoc. I scheduled a doctor appointment in January for end of February. I received a call a week before the scheduled appointment from the office stating they had to cancel my appointment. They never called back to help me reschedule it. When I finally was able to give them a call back, they said they do not have available appointments for the next 2 months and I should call back in 2 weeks to see the availability for the following month (April). Essentially, I should wait 3 months to see a doctor. For someone who wanted to see a doctor in January, I should be comfortable waiting until April? Please be serious. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Just got assigned new insurance and need to set up a new appointment- called last week and no appointments this month, have to call back next month. Called back next month and the person who picked up was whispering curse words into the phone and then switched me to dead air? Super unprofessional and frustrating, Im physically afraid to use this provider based on that experience alone

Last year. I made an 2:30 appointment. I had to go a have recognition and walk through a medal detector. Once I made it through TSA! I Canceled. I'm from Brooklyn, NY! I Canceled and made it clear UNLESS I am in a world country in the middle of war, I WILL NEVER SEEK MEDICAL CARE UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS! I have a great medical network. It's annoying to get robo calls from you guys. It's worst trying to SPEAK TO A HUMAN!

Had to wait over an hour from my scheduled apt time just to do a swab myself, then they lost the sample lol
