I spent half my day there. To be told I may have carpal tunnel or something may have split in my wrist. Tech took Xray. Just for me to wait an hr and a half to not get results. Asked nurse what was taking so long she said it was because they were busy but she doesnt think they saw anything on the xray and gave me discharge papers. After seeing my face she proceeded to ask me where did it hurt. I looked at her and walked out. Worse service ever from a hospital. Completely unacceptable

When my family is not doing well, and their PCPs are closed, we go to the urgent care in Andorra. The staff there are professional and courteous. The doctors are the best! Especially Dr. Minni. He goes out and beyond to find solutions and takes care of my family. He treated us like we were part of his family. It cant get no better than that! Not only that, he promised to follow up with us in a couple of days which that has never happened with any other doctor. He followed through which amazed us. Awesome person.

I have always had the best of care here, the people are lovely, the staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They will quickly have you on your way with a diagnosis and a plan/prescription. I wish I could choose them as my regular doctors office.

I was able to schedule my ER visit online and be seen at the scheduled time right away. My attending nurse team was fantastic. Beautiful bedside manner. The doctor was also very kind. Best ER experience I have ever had, by far.

i was in the ambulance section after coming in for excrutiating abdominal pain. we were put in a freezing cold room, and had to wait for what must have been over an hour to hear about any updates on when i could get a CT scan. we waited for pregnancy results from my bloodwork, despite the fact that there is absolutely no way i could have been pregnant. it took so long to get to the CT scan, which was literally right across the hall. they called a doctor who was running a whole section by himself to wheel me less than 100 ft down the hall. after being brought back from the CT scan, no nurses came to remove my IV needle, despite the fact that there was no fluid or medication being dispensed into it. i used the call button and was told through the remote that someone would ask if it could be removed, and 15 minutes later it seemed like they just forgot about me. so i had to physically get up and ask for it to be removed. the nurse who bandaged my arm didn't use enough tape and it almost came off later when i put my sweater back on. finally, the doctor delivered that there was nothing they could find with my ct and didn't bother to explain what might have caused my extreme pain or what i should do if it came back, etc. after all of that, we were given paperwork and no instructions whatsoever on how to even get out. nobody bothered closing the curtain after leaving so i could change in private. additionally, not once did anybody ask for any sort of preferred name or pronouns for either myself or my roommate. this is common practice now in most hospitals. the only saving grace of this place is nurse gale(gail?) who was very kind and attentive and the techs (brian and tim) who ran my CT scan and were very friendly. the doctor who wheeled me to the ct room was also very nice. these four people are the only reason i'm not giving this place one star. i'd rather take a 20 minute uber into center city than have to go ambulatory to the hospital 5 min from my house the next time i have an emergency.
