The main reason why I helped my father convert the clinic was because of the friendly service and Chinese-speaking staff in the advertisement, which made it more convenient for my family to come here for medical checkups without worrying about language barriers. Today is the second time my father needs to come for a blood test, but he was treated rudely by the counter staff, which is beyond my expectations. My father even swore, which made me extremely upset. I was so happy that we finally found a clinic in the Northeast District with Chinese-speaking counter staff, but our supposed luck turned out to be bad luck. This makes me too disappointed. You need to go back and learn some manners!

The Facility was very nice they offer many incentives to make you feel so at home in this office. The staff was wonderful , until We actually met the Doctor. The Doctor was rude and had discrimination toward my son, believe it or not I couldn't believe it in this day and age but yes. Doctor M. Schuller kept informing us that my son needed to find another doc. Because she was only comfortable dealing with the Elderly. Even though this Facility was for Geriatrics and Disabled Adults she being a primary Doc felt that she could only treat Elderly peoples colds sore throats asthma etc. She made us feel so uncomfortable even told us that our doc. Should have recommended someone who could better fit my sons needs (referring to autism) and his age because he was young to be Disabled under her care and further went on to say if we stayed she could maybe give him a flu shot or something if he needed but other than that she didn't know what she could do for him. When I asked if there was a problem and explained she wouldn't be treating his autism or adhd she would just care for him when he is ill and that he had specialist for his other needs, she still insisted she was not the doctor for him. I said we'll it seems like you don't want my son here she said well yes I prefer to treat the Elderly. When the rules say you don't discriminate against age that not only means Elderly. SMH so this was a horrible experience but the Facility took action quickly and placed my son with someone else we are waiting for that appt. Hoping that there doctor matches the rest of the staff this time. If it hadn't been for the kindness that the rest of the staff showed I would have never looked back and reported this office to my insurance. Please wish us luck with our next adventure there.

My first visit there. Was over two and a half hours. Didn't ask me too many questions. Only focus in on different things except for what I was there for
