Just got my new antenna installed and connected. Receiving 102 channels. Beautiful job with the wiring. Bill and his partner did a fantastic job and made sure I was completely satisfied, highly recommended!

I recently cut the cable with Verizon and dropped my cable TV and changed my phone service to digital.  Most of my TV viewing is via Internet streaming but I really wanted to be able to watch local TV.  I bought an inexpensive indoor antenna from Amazon but it was worthless so I did a quick Google search and VIP was pretty much the only digital antenna installer I could find in the Philly area.  I left them a voicemail on Saturday afternoon and received a callback shortly after.  They were supposed to come on Monday to do the installation but they called Monday morning and asked if they could come Tuesday instead.  I agreed and on Tuesday they showed up, installed a monster antenna on my roof, spliced into the old coaxial cable outside the building and in no time I had 60+ channels of local TV, mostly from Philadelphia but also a couple of Allentown stations.  The picture is crisp and beautiful and best of all, FREE!I am a pretty happy camper and I will call VIP again in a second if I need another antenna.

After having a lot of difficulty finding local quotes for an antenna along with installation service, Google led me to this company. Very glad that happened. After some weather delays, Patrick and I agreed upon a date and his crew of Bill and Christina came out and fixed TWO issues for us. First, they tested the antenna and had me flip through the channels we were supposed to be getting. After installation, they were able to replace two deteriorating gable vents with new ones I had purchased. ZERO small jobs contractors would come out for because of the ladder height required. Roofers wouldn't come for such a small job either. In a couple hours, I had dozens of new channels, a secure antenna and newly-replaced gable vents. Our household was very fortunate to find VIP Telecom.

I don't know about vip telecom they didn't,t returned my grouphome staff Monica phone calls this week they aren't very reponsif to her Eric briner I don't know about vip there aren't very response and don't return phone calls to my grouphome staff
