Horrible services provided by Verizon Fios. As soon as we switched we had issues. After the first month our bill went up for no reason. Had to call and wait over a hour to get someone on the line to fix our bill. Then we were promoted a $250 gift card that never came. I had to call and wait over 2 hours to get a hold of someone in the card department. Then they gave me an issue to have them send another one out. Then could not provide me with a tracking number even though they say there was a tracking number. I would not switch. If you have issues you will be on wait for hours. You can't even get someone live on their chat support!!

Installed my new fios service. The tv didnt work within 20 minutes of the technician leaving. Spent an hour and a half on the phone for support to promise a call back with a solution within 2 hours. 24 hours later still no callback and now the internet doesnt work either. Have to make a new technician appointment to come back out. As much as comcast is terrible too at least that works right now I'm paying for no service.

I’ve been a customer for over 18 years. Wanted to add a booster for the Internet and my bill jumped $40 per month. I wanted to extend the exact service for two years and as a prize I get to spend an extra $500 a year. The bait and switch that your customer service uses makes a long time customer very unhappy. Calling Comcast!
