need more maintenance workers.they own most of university city properties and too cheap to keep their building in good condition. intercoms haven't worked in years so its no way to get your packages or be reached by visitors unless they can call you.I wonder what an inspector would say of conditions.rotten wooden floors under carpets in hallways.its feels like they are about to cave in soon especially basement.im living over filthy area as you see in pics that hasn't been cleaned in over 20 years or more.reported and looks the same months later.they polished the basement floor instead spending thousands instead of cleaning stank dirty area where money should have went to
