2400 Chestnut

Absolutely loved living here!! 1) Super close to school if you go to Penn(15-20 mins walk) and the shuttle bus service to & from school makes a huge difference especially during cold days. 2) The building management is also EXCELLENT. Communication has always been super quick, easy & friendly. (vs. Other buildings in this area took days to respond, or didnt reply at all). I needed to break my contract early due to personal issues & Jason helped me find someone to take over my lease. 3) Rooms are large with great views + big windows!! 4) This area is also a lot safer than Market street / Rittenhouse areas. Always felt safe walking back home 5/5 !!

Great community with friendly and helpful front-desk staff. The maintenance team can quickly respond to your ticket. I recently moved out of the apt due to an out-of-state relocation. The account team (Dave) helped me get my deposit in a timely manner although the first check lost in mailing. The room itself is spacious with modern appliances. The location is great with walking distance to a park. Overall, its the best apt experience I had so far.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in 2400 Chestnut Apartment, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. The apartment itself is simply stunning. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The amenities provided were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals. One of the standout features of this apartment is the breathtaking view of the river and the city. Waking up to a panoramic view of the city skyline was a true highlight of my stay. The location is also perfect. It's conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Moreover, the property management team was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and always available to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their professionalism added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. I had a fantastic experience staying in 2400 Chestnut. If you're looking for a five-star experience in Philly, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
