Awful place to live. There is always trash in the parking lot, hallways and elevators always stink, and maintenance requests are not revolved in a timely manner. We went almost an entire summer month with no air conditioning and could not get a hold of management at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this run down property.

These apartments use to great a few years ago. Apartment went downhill !! Leasing manager do nothing care what the building look like only keeping it full. Walls are dirty !! Hallways stink , steal your packages , car break ins, maintenance is terrible and the only thing leasing manager David say is he don’t have to leave he live in West Philly and to move. Save your money !!

When my husband rented this place, it was a beautiful place to call home, but it's a dangerous and dirty place. The manager favorite line, "Call the cop's". Being in law enforcement they don't deal with things management can solve. There's older people that's been here from five to thirty years are afraid to complain about there apartment because nothing happens. Please do a walk through and see if you agree.

I live here it’s nice the complaints you see are an easy fix. Saw a mouse got at cat haven’t seen anymore since. I also installed cameras all over my apartment even in places you wouldn’t expect a camera to be. I give 4 stars only because my packages kept getting stolen so I get them sent to my mom house other then that management is great

This building was great a few years ago. However, it's not what it once was. Inside my apartment, I keep things clean. I don't have too many complaints about the inside of my apartment. I don't have any roaches or mice. I know this is an old building so different smells do sometimes find their way into my apartment. You may even smell weed if you have a neighbor that smokes. Outside of my apartment is a different story. A part of the problem is management. I won't put everything on the office manager. I think corporate may even be aware of how the building is currently running. Our manager stays in his office, he doesn't get involved, and he tells tenants to call the cops when they have issues. He's completely different from the last two managers we had. Our first two managers were great. They ensured that notices went out to address issues around the building. Our old team of maintenance men stayed on top of requests. Management was responsive to emails. We also had a beautiful mirror downstairs. Our building didn't stink, cars w/o handicap stickers didn't park in spots reserved for people with a handicap, tenants followed parking rules, and tenants were informed to keep the doors to the outside closed constantly by management for everyone's safety. I don't understand why the building is in its current state. I have to believe that this manager has been instructed not to get involved and to collect rent because there is no way that this should be happening. Other things do bother me on top of everything I already stated, so I am planning to make this my last year here. I don't think this is the worse place to live, but it is going in the wrong direction. This building doesn't have to be run-down but it sure looks like the ghetto lately. I'm waiting to find dirty pampers in the hallway next.
