No or slow communications, rescheduling tours, stuck outside building for an online tour I had to be physically at the building for? Nobody in lobby for 30 mins, grabbed some coffee from the kurig and left

The new management here is great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the new changes that are being implemented.

We just recently moved out. Maintenance is slow. Building is falling apart. You can see the leaks in the hallway. We had a large one for years in our bathroom. Never corrected. There was never a roof deck while we lived here. In the 3 years we were here, the pool was never heated. The hallways smell awful. Lights flicker in hallway. They reduced the security team. Lots of police activity. The 1 Brown building is very loud with parties. Big parties and zero " community respect" at the pool. If you are in college, this might be a great place to live though! Management will promise you the world and not deliver. Do not believe that because they are new to the property, they will make positive change. The new manager was very dismissive of our concerns. Maybe since we weren't renewing he didn't care. He seems only focused on parking revenue. Not addressing the immediate issues the tenants are concerned about- service, elevator safety, or sense of community. To be honest, we barely knew his name as he doesn't show concern for residents. All lip service.

New management is great! They are positive, professional and have gotten my repair requests done very quickly which makes me a happy resident.

Moved in a few months ago and have noticed some great changes happening in the building! Management is very nice and maintenance address my needs in a timely fashion! Apartments are absolutely huge, pool is great! I would highly recommend living here!
