Keystone Quality Transport personnel (Kelsey Posie and Partner) were timely, friendly, and very professional in picking up my father from the hospital (PM 54 Cedar Ave) and transporting him home & placed him in his house as directed. I was leary about this company when I saw the reviews, but thankfully I prayed & trusted my experience would be much better, and it was. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

I was taken from the hospital to my home by Horace Newly. He has excellent customer service skills and easily engaged me in conversation. This caused all of my reservations to go away. He spoke articulately about several topics and because of this, the ride seem shorter. If everyone would take a page pit of Mr. Neely's book, I believe positive reviews would be pouring in all day. Thank you for your service. Mr. Neely REALLY made your company shine!

Used by HUP to transport me from HUP to Central Buch Is County after neck fusion surgery. Old van improvised with locks on front to secure a wheelchair. (That was a joke!). It moved and shook for 3 hrs Was filthy. Bank near wheel wells with floor so hot that it ruminated up. Air conditioning didn’t work Driver thought he knew it all and didn’t even know where he was going and complained about the distance and how he hated his job. I tried to tell him how to go I was very familiar with the drive. He wouldn’t listen to me. Friday at 6;00 leaving Phila. He also was texting and driving. Putting my life and others at Rios’s. DONT ALLOW YOURSELF OR ANYONE ELSE TO USE THIS SERVICE

Jason and Mustafa were so professional, kind and knowledgeable. A difficult experience was made better by them. Restores my faith in humanity. Keystone is lucky to have them.
