I ordered 4 pants and 4 shirts. It took over 2 & 1/2 weeks for a partial order to arrive. When I picked up the partial order, they said there was a balance due because they forgot to charge me for the embroidery on the original purchase. The spelling of my name was incorrect on the embroidery... That day, I was told that the last 2 shirts would arrive later that week. After speaking with them the following Thursday, the last 2 shirts won't be in for another 2 weeks. That could be 5 to 6 weeks from the original purchase. The communication has been horrible. Not one time did they reach out to me for order updates. The employees are pleasant, though.

Absolutely AMAZING Customer Service. Not many places still around in this world, that put their customers first. I would highly recommend McDonald Uniform Company to all. Thank you Brett & Dan for everything

Great customer service! Price is reasonable for the quality and the fact that they embroider your department patches on. Went yesterday to pick up a job shirt, the wrong patches were put on, but they quickly switched out for the right one right there on the spot!
