        If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment with them for transport to a medical specialist's office. The receptionist was very pleasant and took all my information. She remarked that she was very familiar with the location where I lived since she had gone to school nearby. I require a vehicle with a ramp or lift and she assured me that they could accomodate my need. I made this transport request 11 days ago. 11 days! Today ~ the day of my appointment ~ the ambulance never showed up! Now the company is not responding to my phone calls nor emails. So unprofessional!
