ZERO STARS! DO NOT CALL THIS PHONE NUMBER. I did on 1/12/16 and got someone lethargic-sounding who said they were now called "Royalty Transit" but still provided services. The person seemed knowledgeable, though, and I didn't have any other options, so we established a pickup for 1/14/16. He said he'd call 1/13 to confirm. however, by 4:30 that day he hadn't called so I had to call him, and he said "I was just about to call you." (Yeah, right.) But he had the facts correct, so I thought it would be OK. BUT ON THE PICKUP DAY, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, DID NOT CALL MY CELL PHONE TO WARN ME, AND I COULDN'T REACH THEM BECAUSE THEIR PHONE NUMBER WAS ON VOICEMAIL. I HAD TO TAKE EXTREME MEASURES TO GET MY RELATIVE TO THE DOCTOR. CALL THIS NUMBER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This was an excellent ambulance service, and the only company to accept Medicare. My husband had a cast on his leg from hip to knee, and this was the only company to come to our home, go to the 2nd floor and load him into the ambulance. The other companies would not come to the 2nd floor, even though it was medically necessary. Jackie was excellent and patient when scheduling the doctor visits. If anyone ever needed the excellent, outstanding, proficient, and loving ambulance service, I would highly recommend this company. I am even going to place this company on my Facebook page.

Very caring.. they took very good care of my patient, more than I had expected. I will definently recommend them for future purposes.
