Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy your jewelry here. We have had problem after problem with my engagement ring and have been given the run around for YEARS. The manager at this store is extremely rude and told us to our face that he didnt understand our issues and ALWAYS had an attitude with us. We finally went and got a second opinion at a highly regarded jeweler and were told all of our concerns were valid and we were given multiple options on how we can go about fixing the ring. The new jeweler also showed us multiple fractures in the diamonds that needed to be replaced when we had just picked it up from getting fixed at helzberg earlier that day. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. We will NEVER go back and deal with these shady crooks ever again.

Got my engagement ring here, wish we hadnt. Purchased the lifetime insurance and fianc was told it included resizing. When we went to get it resizes, they tried to charge us for it. When they finally agreed to resize it, they did the wrong size, then gave us a hard time when we asked them to fix it. Recently went to look at wedding bands. Woman who was helping us told my fianc he looked grumpy, told me my engagement ring needed redipped because its faded (its 6 months old and from THEM), and was just generally very rude and short with us. Im insulted. Dont shop here. They dont care about people, they just want your money.
