        My wife had a chip on her baguettes diamond , the canton office blow us off ,they sent her diamond out for repair then six weeks later we pick it there and didn't repair it. So we went to pittsburgh pa. And Alexis was the manager at the pittsburgh pa. Office and her staff got the baguette replaced , and all the problems taken care of. Thanks for your professionalism.

        Helzberg Diamonds went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect customized engagement ring! They allowed us to order several sets of diamonds until we were satisfied. They also gave us a couple unique ring boxes to choose from and gave us a great deal on the ring!
