I was looking for a specific black dress that was on the wrong rack so I could get my size. I asked the employee to help me, and she spent a good 30 minutes dining the dress for me, and it ended up fitting perfectly!! I was blown away by the customer service I was provided here

As a former employee, I would always try to make every customer that walked in feel welcome and asked if they needed help finding anything. I was super disappointed in my old coworkers (and the company for that matter, as I am a STILL loyal customer) when I walked in to shop, less than a month ago and never got asked if I needed help or even a simple Hello. I deliberately felt like they ignored me and watched as I saw them greet other shoppers. When I was an employee, our customer service was always made sure to be the #1 thing to think about when dealing with customers. Also one of the managers was recently fired, who was very racist so it made me feel very uncomfortable to come back and shop as she often passive-aggressively attacked my personal life (as we formally were close when we used to close the store on week nights). Most likely wont come back again.
