Experience has been very good. Have had no claims so the experience of a claim has not been experienced. That is the real test of the insurance. Hope not to experience that need.

The only time I have talked to them was to ask for help in the flooding of my house and they told me that it was not covered by my policy and that they were very sorry. I don't know if it's covered or not but I expected more from this agency after paying for my insurance. I don't know how many years already. Something like: "We can review your policy and modify it." I have no idea how they work but I will surely look for another insurer for next year. They never called me again to give me suggestions for a new policy or how to get assistance from the government or do you know what? maybe a "how's everything going" would have been enough. I was left with the impression that I must pay my policy on time.
