Once signed up he continued to check-in and let me know that he was there if I needed him.

The simplicity of onboarding processing makes this insurance very convinients. The staff are all very understanding and very helpful. It's very easy to get in contact with my agents. The level of customers service with my agent and other associates makes AllState a motor Insurance of choice.

I hate shopping for car insurance, but when my last insurance company was raising my rates again for the third time , I had no choice but to help myself out of their grasp. So I started looking believing that a well known and trusted name like Allstate would be well out of my reach. So I called Bruno Suttmann just to see . The first thing I noticed was that he was not like any other place I've talked to. He was not a salesman and he actually wanted to help me. As I let him help me out I was pleasantly surprised that he really did help me and he did care. I've had nothing but great experiences since. He understands our problems with these companies only thinking about money and not about me as a person. I'm so so happy now and I even was able to get rental insurance for us something I've wanted to do for a long time. Thanks for making my life easier. Everyone should go to you for help and happiness.
