      Hi Shawn, I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as we strive to provide top notch customer service and never want a customer to be charged for a policy they believe they did not activate.After diving into your scenario, I found that you (or your wife) not only agreed verbally to the policy, but also setup an online account, e-signed the application, and requested changes to your policy. Unfortunately with you never cancelling your policy with us, nor providing us with proof of alternate coverage there is nothing our agency can do to retroactively cancel a contract that you executed. Our hands are tied with Allstate corporate on this.Please call the office or email me directly at [email protected] if you would like to discuss this further and/or provide us with proof of alternate coverage.
