They have had my case for over 2 months. They get paid for taking care of my sons OBRA waiver but THEY HAVE DONE NEXT TO NOTHING. I should have had services by now but instead I'm still waiting for them to transfer paperwork. Doesn't seem to matter to them that I am without a job with no one to take care of my 21 year old autistic son. They say phone services are down, got the message system seems to be taking my messages. They say they need more information from me but they can't seem to make a meeting with me or call me back.they say they sent out my paperwork I heard from another company that I file doesn't even exist on my soon. They say I was out of the office due to a family emergency. I just get nothing but excuses. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I should have had services within 10 days. Even transferring to another company they never sent the paperwork. Had to go over their heads to get anywhere and be released from their company to another one.

I was hired under false pretenses. I applied and was hired for a different position than what I ended up doing. I didn’t find out what I would actually be doing until one week into training. Training was “officially completed” within seven days. I was way over-qualified for the position and most staff treated it as an opportunity for degradation. I stayed for about 30 more days. I vocalized that I wanted more out of my position/career and the “consultant” said they would promote me in a year under some BS contingency (obviously an effort to exploit me). I overheard one of the newer hires being culturally incompetent on several occasions... she made several derogatory racial comments about other staff and finally I decided it was time to go. When I put in my resignation notice, they fired me and said I was “technically still training” so it didn’t make sense for me to stay... even though I completed training weeks prior. Policies are made up as they go, no sound structure, and the entire staff/networks are founded on nepotism.

Unfortunately, I have voted them a one star but I rather not rate them at all. I’ve been with PCA for a year now and it started out great. This past April when I started to try and contact them I only ever spoke to one person who told me and I quote, “April (my second service coordinator) no longer works with us. Your new service coordinator will be...” Exactly. I’ve never got an answer; I was told Angela would be calling me back to let me know who was my new sc. This was a month ago. My job has called them and they NEVER got in touch with anyone from PCA. I’m just trying to get my grandmother more hours because she desperately needs it.
You think this is bad?? Maybe you should listen to their voicemail that clearly states that they will, “probably get back to you” 😮👀🤦‍♀️
