Affinity HealthCare Solutions is a terrific place to work at. Management takes the time to do check-ins with staff and would constantly asks about your well-being. I've worked for many companies in the past and this has been the first one I have ever felt comfortable and appreciated. As the company is growing management makes it their priority the keep all staff involved as well opportunity to express any desired ways to to grow with them. If you are looking for a place to work where you can feel appreciated with growth opportunities this is the place. The management and staff are amazing and helpful. Atmosphere is 10/10. Everyone treats each other with respect and as one big work family.

Would not recommend this agency! Will send untrained staff to your loved one, also poor communication among staff within the agency regarding scheduling. Does not hire enough caretakers to cover for backup and will give nonsensical excuses as to why they are short staffed!
