        This company provides excellent care but, unfortunately, is often confused with a company who used almost the same name --- Helping Hand Home Health and Hospice on Gieger Road in Phila. That company no longer exists was bought out by Caregivers America. They are not affiliated with that company at all.

        I USED THIS COMPANY. OMG THEY WERE THE WORST OF ALL COMPANIES IVE EVER DELETE WITH. I WAS LRFT ALONE ON THE FLOOR FOR OVER 4 HOURS. ALSO THERE EMPLOYEES LEFT MY HOME IN TOTAL RUINS. THE AIDE WHO QUIT THE SAME DAY FLOODED OUT MY KITCHEN AND ALL THEY SAID TO ME WAD REPORT IT TO YOUR HOMEOWERS INS CO . ITS BEEN OVER 2 YEARS N STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. OMG PLEASE DONT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS USE THIS COMPANY.

        Helping Hands never sends in a substitute when my mother’s home aid can’t make it to her. I am very disappointed especially since we just started in March and already the aid has missed 3 different shifts without a substitute.
