        I do not have the time to list everything they did wrong. First they gave me the wrong address and sent me to a closed office. Naturally I got to the "correct" office a couple minutes late. They still kept me waiting 20 minutes. I specifically asked when booking the apt how long it would take because I had work. They said 45 minutes. Not even close. My "tax pro" spent most of their time wandering around their office asking others for help. It was ridiculous. My taxes should NOT be that complicated for them. I have a FT job, some basic investments, and some small side income. An hour and a half later they charged me FOUR TIMES what they quoted me. FOUR TIMES. They were then somehow clueless as to how I should be actually paying my taxes. It was unreal. Next year I'd rather just skip filing taxes and have the IRS come murder me in front of my family. Never again.
