Mr.Hess has been my tax accountant since the late eighties. I never had a reason to go anywhere else for CPA services.

Ive been with Mr. Hess for over 30 years now and all I can say is that Mr. house wanted to nicest Man that I have met in my lifetime and his service is excellent when it comes to taxes and you want to get it done correctly and youre looking for someone to do them correctly. Mr. Hess and his people is the place to big. Thank you again Mr. Hess for all you have done, not just for me before everyone that has come through your office and stays. This is a place that when you walk in it becomes a part of your lifestyle Mr. Hess his people are that good have a great and blessed rest of your day.

The entire staff including James Hess is RUDE! They're on edge at the start of business. James is the leader of the unprofessional behaviors, his staff follows is nasty mouth. HORRIBLE, just HORRIBLE. They talk crazy to people who have questions and give attitude for no reason. I heard he's retiring, good for him, he's checked out. I'd never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Disrespectful Unprofessional Lacks Customer Service

Very rude, said she isn't accepting anymore clients "it's the last day" then hung up in my face.... there is a such thing as extensions... do better.
