Never again! Not sure where to start... I needed branches to be cut around the power and utilities lines on 3 trees. The owner came and took a look and said he could take care of everything. The result was different... MANY branches were missed on the first tree, including a few actually sitting on the cables. Many other branches were not cut on the second tree because "too close" I was told. Complete torture there. Random cuts. The tree doesn't look balanced. I was told then it was extra for pruning. The branches on the 3rd tree were cut around the cables BUT just next to it. To make a proper cut, you don't cut in the middle on the branch, but near the trunk. They should know as a TREE company! When they missed the branches on the first tree I emailed and called right away. Then... crickets....was told someone would call me next day...it didn't happen. Was told someone would come next weekend. Try again...So on and so forth for months! BUT I got a phone call the minute the invoice was sent to my email to make sure I got the bill... We had Brandywine Tree & Shrub come out to remove and clear several trees from our property. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire team was responsive, transparent, honest, and professional. No overpromising on timelines and no under-delivering on service. Scheduling services was clear and direct throughout and the team provided a reasonable timeframe to get the work scheduled. Once the crew arrived, the work was completed quickly, efficiently and without any issues. Constant communication throughout the project and prompt follow up after. Brandywine Tree & Shrub did an excellent job topping our large oak tree and removing several trees and stumps that were damaged from a falling limb. They were easy to schedule with and returned my calls promply. They are a very professional company.

Had a tree removed on my property about a week ago. The crew that came out were very nice and friendly. Listened to my concerns and made sure they were handled appropriately. Clean up after the tree removal was exceptional. I did have one issue where an employee who was doing the work in the tree had a female friend come out to my home and sit there for about 45 minutes. That was very unprofessional as I’m paying for my tree to be removed, but now my home/job has become a hangout for this employee. Service: Tree removal

Don’t bother!!! Use a local landscaper who stands by their trees. Someone you can call to come out and look after they plant and ask questions. Too risky. He dropped 10 Schipp Laurels and 3 died immediately (after the guy he recommended planted them). In our previous house a landscaper planted 20 trees and when 1 died he replaced it. This guys doesn’t want to hear from you once he gets money. We followed instructions exactly. Sent photos for advice and the advice was lame and he said it looked like plastic mulch??? His guy planted and mulched!
