Gavin at Bartlett is just a lovely person. A Bartlett crew did some work for a neighbor, and didn't realize there'd been some damage and debris left on my property. When my neighbor let them know what had happened at our property, not only did Gavin do a walkthrough and apologize profusely, he brought a replacement plant for the one that was damaged and set a clean up immediately. I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and courtesy and would definitely hire them in the future based on this interaction.

Gavin at Bartlett Tree Experts was incredible to work with. His quote for removing a large dead tree from the back of our city lot was fair (we got three quotes!). He took the time to tell us about how to best care for the other trees on our property. He was easy to schedule with and the work was completed quickly. They left us some mulch for our garden and cleaned up the patio better than it was before they got there! I definitely would recommend Gavin and the team at Bartlett! I called these Stooges twice regarding a tiny project. A large branch was torn from a tree at my residence. I am unable to handle this project due to a disability. No one from the company would return my calls--a great way to obtain business and new clients. So, such great service garners you a review of the equivalent.
