The customer service is terrible. The communication between UGI and it's customers is non-existent and the company tries to siphon money from its users. Was told after buying my home that they were going to upcharge me $400+ dollars due to poor credit, when my lowest score is a 792. Those who run this operation know what they provide is a necessity, and if they ran an organization that their users happiness was more vital to their success, they would likely fail miserably. 1/14/21- Update: Still the worst. That is all.

Zero stars would be too kind.. No-showed me twice in 7 days to turn on my gas and wasted a grand total of 15 hours of my life waiting. I decided to forget the gas water heater and am going with electric instead. EVERYTHING that is wrong with monopolies is on full display at UGI.
