Suburban Propane

I've been with the company since the 1980s! I use propane for hot water and for cooking. I ran out of propane due to worker reading gauge wrong.They would not come out and fill up tank. They wanted extra dollars to come out to fill up tank.

Refused to service the camper which i live in for "safety" purposes which makes no sense at all. My camper is a permanent residence and i dont have the income to support a larger home so there is biasness involved here. Terrible company. Terrible attitude from employees manager included when asked about heating my home. I was treated as of it was Ridiculous to even ask when ive serviced my home with large tanks for years but am only now just settling down on the area here. I suggest using another company.

do not use this companyfound out i was being charged 4.43 per gallon 2 times the cost of other local places. quoted  at 2.36 per gallon. i trused them for 5 yrs.  never use suburban. call anyone else first. i called them questioned them they had no answer and hung up on me.
