Eastern Propane

I called to just schedule a propane delivery, again, seems like they only hire rude ,ignorant,unpleasant people to answer the phone and provide customer sevice.I would recommend they start to record phone calls to see how terrible their customers service is.

Unbelievable. They are charging me $265.00 to pick up a tank. To get they're tank back...I'm paying them....what is wrong with this picture?

I was a customer for 20 years. I had to replace my dryer last year. Long story short, it cost me over $300 to have a $400 dryer installed. Now they're charging me $140 to remove their empty tank. Ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Im, a 77yr old widow, i was a customer of Trexler Haines over 45 years. Always paid at the door or by check in the mail next day. Never over 45 years have I missed a payment. November delivery $3.93 a gallon. Knowing the price had dropped i called another company their price $2.50 a gallon. i called my son who also uses gas and he pays even less than $2.50. My son called Trexler Haines they told him they would lower the price to $3.79 and the reason they charged me so much is because i didn't use enough gas. When you live on a limited income you save money where you can, and they penalized me for that. I got another bill, no lower rate, instead they added a late fee of $3.69. Then they came and took the tank. I have moved on from Trexler Haines who in my opinion are nothing but money hungry. Perhaps if you treated your customers with better service, and better prices you wouldn't have to be so greedy. I found another company even cheaper than my son's gas provider.
