Our family has been with State Farm for over 50 years. Cars, Homes, RV's etc. We started with Mike Kondos in Gresham and were then shuttled over to Jenny Smith a few years back. As my parents age and assets are sold or no longer needed our insurance needs have diminished. In the last year we have sold the family home, and reduced their cars down to one. So what a surprise when this months billing was Higher. I figured the less you are insuring the less you pay. In a rather cold email exchange I was told by Beth that, yup bummer, since your not bundling any more you loose all your discounts. So my 80 year old parents who have paid insurance over the past 50 years are being billed 3 times as much as Progressive quoted, on a car that leaves the garage, maybe once a week and often less. So I guess this is the end of our relationship. In retirement 1500 (state farm) vs 500 (progressive) is really a simple decision. I guess I was simply amazed at the lack of loyalty or any interest in trying to find a reasonable solution.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Jenny Smith's office for alway being professional and knowledgeable. They are always there and available for whatever my needs might be. Beth and Karole are so quick to respond so I don't have to worry about anything. I love that all my policies and loans are organized in one place. Highly recommend Jenny Smith State Farm!

I've been a member of State Farm for almost 7 years, and the service and value is absolutely amazing.  Blows all other insurance agencies out of the water.  Jenny and her agents are a real joy to work with, are prompt to answer any questions, are responsive to any changes you may have, and really treat you like part of the family.  Firmly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good, low cost insurance.
