I used to really enjoy having my insurance through this agency, but I've had multiple issues over the last year. They keep restarting paused policies and increased my monthly premium from $117 to over $280 A MONTH... Now I can't even get a hold of my insurance agent. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Made the process simple. Took time to answer my questions and now all my policies under one roof. Great example of how insurance agencies should be!

So happy we switched! Finally have auto insurance again where we actually have an agent who worked with us to get not only the best deal cost wise but what really fits our family. I feel confident that if we need to use our insurance that Eric and his team will be right there to assist us and we wont have to talk to some random personit is truly comforting to KNOW who you are going to work with when you need to use your insurance!

I would give them less but the agent who helped me open the account (Adrian) which is no longer there definitely deserves the start however since hes no longer there -2 starts is the case. This is by far been the worst WORST agency Ive worked with. Costumer service is horrible. They could care less if you leave or stay. Let me remind you that you eat because of your costumers. And if you dont like customer service you can get another job and stop making people deal with you attitude. Never coming back.
