I recently switched to State Farm after speaking with Isaiah Lawson. He listened to my sad story about my previous insurance company with patience and empathy and then proceeded to tell me how State Farm is different. He was careful to be accurate and didn't promise things he couldn't, and when I had questions he couldn't answer off the top of his head he researched to find the answers and followed up with me. I feel better knowing I can call and talk to a real, local person instead of chatting with an AI bot on an app. Their pricing was very competitive, and it's amazing that State Farm doesn't discriminate against any dog breeds when it comes to renter's insurance. Things are off to a good start!

Isaiah at State Farm in Philomath, is an excellent insurance agent. He explained to us the different options for coverage and what his recommendations would be. That helped us a great deal. Hes very knowledgeable and personable and brings a great energy. I would recommend him any day.

Quick turn around and happily accepted my no appointment impromptu drop in. Isaiah did a great job explaining all my options and coverages-

Isaiah waa very helpful when I called to make needed changes on my insurance and even found an error from october saving me $ so i can hopefully survive and keep as much car insurance as I can.

I bought renters insurance at Severns office and saw he was hiring, Great office to work for! Conan and Severn are very knowledgeable and friendly, and have helped me learn how to do this job better than I thought I could. I enjoy my job, enjoy helping people and enjoy working with likeminded people who also strive to help people and provide value to the community
