Love working with the Strategy team. We were able to efficiently enroll multiple businesses. They understand the importance of employee education and a well implementing a well rounded Major Medical/Voluntary benefits package. Dennis and his team at Strategy are top notch. His firm takes a lot of pride in what they do and are always working to serve the client's best interest.

There is no advocating on their client's employees behalf. Their client's employees are at the mercy of large health insurance conglomerates and the coded contract language they use. It is a sick game and a sick system. At least find an agency that listens and empathizes with your needs.

Moda Health contracts with this broker but this relationship was never communicated. I had a plan selected on Moda's website but Moda passed me to the broker who selected a different plan, which contained unwanted terms. I tried to call the broker afterward but he was unable to really communicate a solution or explain plan details appropriately. In all, Moda Health should reconsider their relationship with this broker and rework their website to prevent my information from being funneled to external brokers.
