Feckless bunch of do nothing sales people and no real support for customers or businesses. It's not the employees that are at fault really....it's the horrid organization and poor training.

10 minutes to buy a new phone. 2 days with tech support to get the blue tooth working and now I'm told to go back into the store. Have an appointment for Thursday. Been a verizon customer for 20 years. Might not be a customer on Thursday.

Verizon redmond is very chill. All the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I have never waited or left frustrated. Pleasure doing business.

Verizon internet is so spotty you don't even get service in tetherow or hardly anywhere.
