    During my recent visit to this location for a screen protector replacement, I observed that there were only two employees on duty, which seems to be the norm. While I was there, I overheard a conversation between Summer and a senior customer, and I couldn't help but notice that Summer's tone came across as quite confrontational. It's important to maintain professionalism and courtesy, especially when interacting with customers, regardless of any disagreements that may arise. I believe there are more effective ways to address issues without resorting to raising one's voice or appearing disrespectful. Overall, I feel that the management of the store could benefit from reinforcing a culture of respect and empathy towards customers.

    More than 2 years ago a store manager offered me a great deal on a discounted tablet. It was to cost me 300$ at 20$ a month for 15 months, and service for the tablet was 10$ a month making my bill go from 120$ to 150$. But after 15 months my bill didn't go down to 130$, so I went in to the store to fix the problem but they told me that they couldn't do anything, I had to call customer service. After being on hold and getting the run around for more than an hour I finally found out that they are actually charging me 600$ for the tablet, with payments of 10$ a month and service fee of 20$. And to top off all the lies and crooked dealings, the service on the tablet is horrible. I can't watch anything live on it because it spends 90% of its time refreshing. And even on pre-recorded videos on YouTube I spend a ridiculous amount of time waiting for it to refresh or get back online. Horrible service run by crooks.
