Kal Bay and team were absolutely exceptional. I closed on a home in 26 days total!!!!!! They made sure I had all the info I needed to be completely ready by close date. Being my first home buying experience they explained every thing to me multiple times, and got me information they weren’t required too. Texts, calls and emails were answered usually within mere minutes. Especially Lian. She answered emails at 10pm at times. I couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided. Every thing was laid out to me: All my options, they ultimately let me decide what I wanted to do but definitely gave me all the information to make a wise decision. Can’t forget Kal, he hung in with me for almost 4 months in this competitive market. He made sure I had all my updated documents to him even when there wasn’t an offer placed so we would be ready to go at the drop of a dime. Not if, but when I am ready to purchase again I’ll be back. I worked with Kal twice, for the initial purchase and later the refi. He was helpful, kind, explained and re-explained when I didn’t understand and he could keep pace with my sarcasm. Great experience.

Kal and his team were absolutely fantastic. I do not give 5 stars lightly, and in his case, I wish I could give him more. He exceeded my every expectation, answering my many many questions and doing scenario analyses for me for the last almost 2 years. We've finally found our home and I now consider Kal a friend. He is one of the best in the business and I guarantee you will not be disappointing working with him.

Kal Bay and his team are the best! I can't express just how smooth, awesome, and easy the process was when working with them. Kal and his team we so proactive and responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. He even found ways to save us money and offered great tips throughout the way. As I tell everyone - I almost forgot I was even buying a home with how easy and painless the process was - and Kal and his team were a big part of that. So very grateful!
