Jessica SAVED our loan. Our buyers loan fell through for the sale of our house after signing! We were just waiting for funds to come through to close on our dream home. With no fault of ours, our loan officer or our realtor we were suddenly told our buyers loan would not be funded. This meant our new home loan would not be funded, our hefty earnest money was in jeopardy, and if the seller wanted they could sell to the offers that came behind ours (which were all higher than ours). It was really an impossible devastating situation. Jessica worked closely with our realtor, stayed way past normal business hours to try and save this for us. She even had our buyers loan sent to her to see if she could save their loan. She combed through all the documents. When she found that was not possible she went to work reconfiguring all possibilities for us on our end. The next day she had several possibilities of reconfiguring our loan so we could go through with our purchase. Her number one goal was saving our dream house and not letting us lose our earnest money. It was am extremely complicated transaction with many moving parts! She was even willing to talk to the seller of our home and explain the situation and also reassure them that we were solid buyers and the situation was not our fault and the loan would go through. She had a clear plan to present to them. We would not have our forever home if it weren’t for her. We have bought several homes and NO other loan officer would have been able to pull this off or cared like she did-I’m 100% sure of that! She is totally transparent. I never felt like she was just trying to sell us and I never felt the need to shop for rates with Jessica like I had with all my other loan officers. She goes above and beyond and you just will not find her customer service in any one else. She’s easy to get a hold of, very responsive, very knowledgeable and really easy to talk to. She treated us like we were her family she was doing a loan for. Do not go with anyone else. Jessica is simply the VERY BEST!
